You should be able to learn about our care, start a consultation, and reach our Gainesville office — with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or your phone.
The standard we follow
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA (opens in a new tab) and make every reasonable effort to adhere to those best practices in the design, writing, and code of this site. That work is ongoing. We review what we publish and correct problems when we find them, or when you tell us.
What we have built in
- Headings and sections so you can tell where you are
- A way to jump past the menu that repeats on every page
- A visible outline when you move through the page with a keyboard
- Buttons and fields that say what they do
- Type and colors meant to be easy to read, including on a phone
- Less animation if your device asks for that
If something gets in the way
Please tell us. Call (352) 376-4024 or email [email protected]. Say which page you were on and what you were trying to do. We will work with you to fix it.
If you would rather talk to a person
You do not have to use the website. Call our office at (352) 376-4024 for the latest information about our services.
If you ask, we can share that information at our office, at your home by appointment, by mail, or another way that works for you.
