Choosing the right caregiver is our top goal; we select caregivers that we would want to work with ourselves. We have a very selective hiring process, as we seek qualified, reliable, and caring individuals who are as passionate for helping others as we are. Honesty and strong personal character are valued, and our caregivers must pass a criminal background check and a personal screening process before they can even be considered candidates. Candidates must also complete a detailed orientation on our company policies.

Yes. Our caregivers are bonded and insured by the agency.

We tailor our non-medical services to meet our clients’ needs. In general, these can include personal care (medication reminders, showering, getting dressed, etc.), light housekeeping, meal preparations, grocery shopping, escorts to appointments, companionship, and much more.

First, we schedule a free, in-home consultation to meet potential clients and to develop a service plan. Then, we take the time to find a caregiver that will be the best fit for the client. Finally, we work out your schedule preference and begin to schedule your appointments. And should changes need to be made, all you have to do is give us a call!

Absolutely. The Home By Choice staffing coordinators determine your caregiver based on personality, skills, and availability. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your caregiver for any reason, we will gladly make the necessary changes.

We have a strong reputation for affordable, dependable, quality care. Our system allows us to track real-time information on our team’s arrivals and departures. Trained backups are placed in reserve should the need arise, and they are familiar with our clients and their individual needs.
